Not very, the guy was startled by the elf doing something, tried to stop it, and while off balance and started got pulled into a movement and fell down. It honestly takes almost no effort to put someone down who is surprised and off balance, it's a bit less difficult if they are not surprised, but disrupting balance is still easy.

The first chapter was alright, but this one is meh....
I kinda find it poorly written if the elf appears in his world wearing a thin tube top and loin cloth, as well as having no shame for her nudity, then has the audacity to say "The clothes in this world are kind of skimpy, huh?"
Yea, okay....
