When I think about it more maybe it's not barber but a hair saloon because the hair extensions is maybe present on hair salon for presentation purpose for woman presumably.
I get that talking with a mask on can be awkward, a pain, and it can be harder to understand people, but that barber shouldn't be able to mumble that badly.
