This feels like a lazily done black clover or to aru no index is closer to this for now. The magic here is also the simplest fire and ice for now kinda.

Here the shown MC is a lazy wimp who can cancel "magic", but doesnt have any muscles to make use of it.

Like if you know your talent is crazy strong vs the talented then you would assume he would train his body to make use of it, but he looks malnourished instead.

So is this gonna be a revenge story or just some annoying lets kill students with a girl thing.
