So he turned the hero into the damsel to be rescued from distress.

I like strong women and am a big proponent of 'I can't protect you all the time, so learn to protect yourself.'
I guess I'll go with it but I preferred her when she was strong. A woman doesn't need to be weak and in distress to be worth protecting... whatever.
PS- feel free to send me recommendations of stories where the fmc/love interest is really strong and not a man hater.

I feel bad for the hero, if only the villager did not interfere, the hero should be stronger and mature. Now, she will be dependent on him. I hope in further chapters she will have another encounter or training to be a full pledge hero in order to protect herself and the people she loves.

@umaruchan271 i don't feel as bad since statistically the odds are still in her favor and honestly, this event just ends up serving as motivation for her to get stronger any way. ryuuto doing what he did though honestly i think is the best outcome because she'd be miserable without him and if he just let things play out like they were suppose to there's no way he'd live long.
