If I had to guess, she can debuff things (possibly including time itself) to an infinite crawl (i.e. as close to "Zero" as possible) like Satoru Gojo's Infinity powers from Jujutsu. That's how she "delayed" his healing.

As for how those "weak" attacks essentially petrified him so he crumbled on landing, I'm not sure. Maybe weakening his cellular structure until his insides became calcified? Debuffing his sense of pain and they were actually strong?

At least, I hope it's something fancy like that and not simple "fuck your powers" nonsense.

You should probably stop reading Manga... this kind of shit is pretty much the trend.
It's either: Create a MC, give him/her a well defined objective, manga gets popular, ignore the objective and milk this shit for everything it got until everybody hates it.
Or: Create MC, give him/her an OK objective, manga isn't popular, axe this shit with a dumb, out of character ending.
And this applies to Shounen, Shoujo, Seinen, Josei...

Chinese Manhua are pretty much all the same story, with very few exceptions.

Go read Manhwa. The Korean authors are pretty great still. They usually adapt novels that are already finished and follow the story to the T with crazy good art.
Better enjoy it while it lasts.

Zero and her troupes(gang) are on the border raiding enemy lands. They're not villains, they are protecting their country. They're attacking the "other", so why would anyone care about them doing "bad" things to the people they are attacking? It's a simple application of might makes right.

I hope Zero's powers aren't causality or time based because no one ever seems to do them well.
