I kept wondering why he referred the village as a colony. All those orcs running around and land lords raising taxes. I guess there's some kingdom expansion going on in the background and all the natives are going to be pushed out of their lands. Since its an isekai, there's probably going to be a surplus of orcs in the slave market.

Is it just me or does the exterior look more like individual units for an apartment building than a mansion? I mean the side looks like a glass door to a tiny porch for a bunch of apartments squashed together. Most mansions I've seen go for big multistory looks can view from a distance like really tall pillars and seamless sides with large decorative windows. Furthermore inside there are various numbered mailboxes and a small desk area for an employee to check in new guests. Kind of surprised to see such a cute Lich. Usually lichs are like skeletons covered in grand robes with rotting or decayed flesh here and there and glowing energy for eyes. Sort of like the magic keeping them undead isn't able to regenerate flesh and stuff and being dead starts decaying away. In any case, I bet they'll come see him again Erina really wants to talk with another reincarnated person, extremely grateful with help he's given, and to see his little brother Touta again since she's a shotacon assuming she and her forces are able to win and don't desperately need help.
BTW, can anyone tell who the characters on the covers are? I figure the ones on the first cover are the guild receptionist, beautician, Bie, and the half-elf adventurer. And the picture on NovelUpdates is the lich Erina with white hair, and the other two are characters who haven't shown up yet.

@NizzBizz it's a japanese thing. it basically is using the word mansion which is associated with wealth to make the apartment complex sound more luxurious.
