So Bei has AWESOME magic including most definitely healing magic that is like a CHEAT and he cannot heal that arm?
Or am I wrong about Bei's magic abilities?
Also did in this chapter every person in that WHOLE capital simply forget that magic exists and "only" called for a "doctor" instead of a "healer / healing mage" for that reason?

Though I assume that is what will happen it also makes me question that decision if it really happens.
After all they want a capable crew including member who can PROTECT Takeru's submarine from being attacked and sunk ... like for example being attacked by PIRATES...
*looking to those adventurer merchants who have just been beaten by such pirates*
So will those huys really fit that role as "strong" crew who can protect the submarine?

I was thinking of something similar; that for a story that's supposed to be about "living slowly and calmly", it strangely makes everyone around the MC inept and need of supernatural aid and support.
If everyone around the MC were as monstrous as he is, he'd truly be able to live a "slow life", since he'd mostly just observe the crazy shenanigans of the OP characters around him. Seems like the author completely missed his own core theme by over-hyping his MC.
