No doubt the girl that delivered the bag to Higaki was Miyuki..
I usually am very perceptive to even useless details but after the visit of that woman on the hospital where the Maid was i cant even recall no one noticing the Maid was missing.
This whole police corp is a big joke honestly. Just thinking how long it took to find out how many girls where missing on the Sora case made that very clear. They keep on that "we hate crime and love justice" but the truth is since the start u can only see them talking and getting on Kuroko way otherwise they're useless.
