Morning of Lilia trying to tempt Arel, but he brushes her off and went to find Laina, only to have her sleeptalk to him thinking he's her dad (and he pat her head before leaving)

Then they went to the labyrinth, some mechanic explaining.

First fight with Living Armors, nothing interesting.

Then a dude seemingly injured show up asking the party to help his friends.

Arel noted that this dude is totally faking it.
Since most people only fight while their divine protection is still active, he shouldn't have kept fighting so far to be this injured.
Also, just looking at the amount of blood he's dripping, the dude should've been dead. After all, Arel's been injured seriously before and by his estimate this amount of wound should've left the dude incapable of so much as moving, not to mention he's able to walk fine.

So, right away Arel immediately realized this guy's setting up a trap for the party, but decided to went along with it, because "This should be more interesting than fighting the Living Armors"

I immediately noticed the mistake because as a fellow boobsman, it left a good impression on me when i read the raw lol. It's a handwritten text and the kanji is a bitch so it's understandable to made that mistake.

Man, I wonder how skill actually works here.
For example, can you use double-edged cut with a dagger? How about a spear? Blunt weapon like a club?
If you strap a sword in your leg, can you use double-edged cut with your kick?
Does biting a sword counts as the second sword for double sword skill?
Can you sukuchi just your sword?

Then again, our MC doesn't have any restriction like that, so I don't think those will be answered any time soon.

it's just a matter of ability. All blessings grant them abilities in a pre-packaged form with inherent restrictions. The restrictions seem to include class, weapon, and gender, I think. I think it was that a person relying on skills wouldn't be able to get past those restrictions by just using the skill. However, since the skills are just helping you do something you could have learned to do on your own anyway, he can adjust his imitation of them to suit himself or the situation. Same goes with magic, everyone has mana and can theoretically learn to use spells but without the help of blessings its hard to develop enough control or mana capacity to use it. It is still entirely doable though.

in short, there's no restrictions on people in this world, they can learn whatever, but skills are made to work in a specific way and for specific people and people have just become too dependent on them to force their way out of the restriction.

@Meridis But what I wanna see is people playing around those inherent restriction on skill.
How far you can alter a skill until it doesn't count as a skill anymore. As in, stopped getting the blessing and must do it yourself.

For example, what's the exact restriction for double-edged cut skill?
Do you need to hold the sword with your both hand to activates it? Can you activates it with just your left hand?
Do you do the exact animation each time you activates it? Like, the slash must be in a cross? Can you change it so you're slashing the same line twice?
Do you need to have both your feet on the ground and standing straight or is there some leeway to your posture on activating it? Can you activates it while jumping?
What even counts as a sword? Can you activates it with a broken sword? What about big-ass sword like Cloud's Buster Sword? Blunt sword? Sword with abnormally long handle?

There's some space for exploration there, instead of just going all-in and abandoning skill the MC's way.
