A change from the novel, but not really important, Badguy said to Rudeus that it was his turn afte rgetting railgunned and punched him unconscious, nothing really changes in the chapter as people recognized that MC won the fight and B was only able to punch him because Godmode, the way people reacted after was more or less the same.
I don't recognize the cloacked girl that followed the sword girl, new manga chara, or light novel original? I only read the WN.
