@Liquidxlax : 50km would be the top of the Stratosphere. Base of the Mesosphere. It is the "ozone layer", so to speak. But if you mean that they'd have more pressing problems to worry about than gravity... yeah, that'd be the case. You wouldn't be able to breathe up there.

In any case... point I'm making is that if this teleportation event was fully 3D, that the vast majority of people hit by it would be dead.
