She can cast chantless attack, healing, and detox magic whilst not knowing how to cats Saint-tier an intermediate spell like Rudy's Stone Cannon can kill monsters in the Demon Continent, I doubt Sylphy is a slouch either. Regarding the memory thing I don't recall that being in the LN, might be a manga exclusive.
