She being a slut is due to a curse. I'm not sure if it will be shown, but it's a true curse, not just an excuse. She can't help herself. She can't get disease because the curse turns everything in her womb into magic stone except for the rare cases where she gave birth. Can't say more because that would be a spoiler.
