Greetings, General Forum.
Since Mr_Detective's 'Music Tournament 3' won't be starting for another month or so, and I've been eager to pit some anime openings against each other, I figured I'd start this tournament on my own. As the 'official' tournament will be using the full, uncut versions of anime openings, this tournament will be more of a 'lite' version, where we only submit and vote on the cut openings we hear in the shows.
I've been working on my Excel skills lately, and I've got enough free time to oversee this, so I figured why not?
As for the rules/format:
1. The tournament will have 64 entries.
2. Votes will be counted every other day. To keep the pacing equivalent to the previous tournament, we will vote on 8 matchups every two days.
3. Submission songs must be present at the start of any anime show/movie/OVA/etc. to qualify.
4. Submissions are limited to 4 per user (I saved this for #4).
5. Users who's accounts have been created during August 2020 are not allowed to submit entries (and after August too I guess if you're from the future).
6. Shitposting is not only allowed, it's actively encouraged. Have fun.
