Music Tournament 3.5: Anime Endings! (Cut Versions) [SUBMISSIONS]

I was all set to wait the aforementioned 2 months, and then a ping notified me BTO's ban was a false alarm.
Cool we've got staff specimens participating too! (Will nonstaff tournament winners be banned?) 😅

if staff wins it's rigged
if staff doesn't win it's also rigged

if staff wins it's rigged
if staff doesn't win it's also rigged
Gotta remake the format so that there are two winners I guess...
And then rig it so that one is a staff member and one isn't...
Proving once and for all that it isn't rigged...
Wait...

@justforthelulz must be @holo's alt identity! How else could he find it without post history browsing powers! 😲

At the time I didn't realize another purpose for the Translator Guild! Deciphering Pando speak! 😄

Mangadex Guild Groups
Wasn't the catalyst for that the Thread Slayer Group? Only for it to live up to its name and die out to be replaced by the GFG consisting of 12 members and 1 ex member.

There's three more indonesian users we've interacted recently and sometimes not even they know what he's talking about... in their own language.

@sterven
The support group thread came before the Guild suggestion thread. I was just coming to terms with my lethal post affliction when I made it, then I just decided F*** it! and emigrated to the 💩side.

Mangadex Guild Groups

Suggestions for guilds to bring up next time:

"HR Guild"
This group's main purpose would be to help fill out the ranks of scanlation groups/teams that are having a staff shortage while they try to recruit more permanent membership. These individuals would be brought on to work on a chapter-by-chapter basis, and would not be able to actually join an "official" group/team, as they would have to be able to help whoever needed it. Crediting would still have to be a thing, and for those who don't/refuse, I'd say that since there are no laws against it here on Mangadex, a Blacklist would be in order for such groups/teams.

"Training Guild"
This group's main purpose would be to help create more "skilled laborers" within the community. Anyone with an account (of presently undetermined age) can apply for training in a skill related to scanlation, (with the exception of Translation, as the Translator's guild could, in theory, handle that on their own) and learn these skills so that they can produce a better product when they work on a project with a group (Member/HR Temp). This guild could also be good for people who want to expand their skill set and make themselves more valuable.

"Shitposter's/Meme-er's Guild"
It's exactly what it sounds like. This group is for people who just want to screw around and make/mess up/screw aroundwith whatever the hell they want, and make it available for the world to laugh at. I figure there wouldn't be a formal membership like the others ^, but instead you just show up, do what you want, and leave. Only to come back out of nowhere with another banger that makes everyone lose their shit. Rules? Of course you'd have to stay within Mangadex content guidelines (If those even exist. I haven't really had a need to look for them, but I'm just about certain they do, so let's assume such.). Otherwise, all's fair.

Just figured I'd throw my hat in the ring before things kicked off. If you decide to bring these up, I'd like for you to credit me, but you don't have to if you don't want to. Anyway, have a pleasant morning/day/afternoon/evening/night.
