Also been curious about this for a while, but who is actually the father. The specifies of demon pregnancy are kinda still not told/explained at this point. And if she is regarded as one of the strongest demons, I'd doubt she let anyone have their way with her. Maybe there is no father and Gospel was laid as an egg ? Can only make assumptions for now.

@Velsy You know oviparous animals still need a male to fertilize the egg, right? Sure, chicken lay eggs, but the reason you don't find a baby chick when you crack them open is because they haven't been fertilized.
