If I had to guess, she's atleast aware of her influence on other demons (Judging by the rise in demonic incidents, how the arrested guy claimed innocence and whatnot.)

@Tych well, this whole event's plot prep has been giving me the same vibe as when Bane steps out onto the Gotham football field in the third Dark Knight film and triggers the massive snafu. Mostly from her saying that her desire to be the most famous demon ever wasn't what they were (probably) thinking she meant and how that statement was immediately followed by a shot of a crowd of glowering demons looking out on the venue from a shadowy place.

I think she's about to step out on the biggest of stages.
