Musuko ga Kawaikute Shikataganai Mazoku no Hahaoya - Vol. 6 Ch. 133 - Old Friends

Since Merii used her own cells while connecting Chiharu to her body own immunity system early in the story, I wouldn't be surprised if Chiharu was hit by the equivalent of Demon's/Merii's hormone which caused her growth spur, which resulted in her getting Merii's and Lorem's generous body shape. Hence why Merii felt like she had to doubly punish Usami for ogling at Chiharu since not only is Chiharu important to her, Chiharu's body is now a body that is very like her own, so she also felt like she was the one being ogled at by extension.

@Haraken That makes a lot of sense. It did seem like it could of been the artist design change yet it was a gradual thing ever since she was healed not before. Plus with everything Meri has been through by the crappy scientists that kind of feeling doesn’t bring back good memories.

Well now that you mention it.... hot damn she did get thicc AF 🤣

I'm not typically a fan of inserting meme speak and references where they don't belong, but given the overall personality and cringe-factor of this character, it seems like a perfect fit.

@Haraken
Among all the discussion of how "Merii has tailored Chii to her tastes" something important comes during the sickness arc that few people notice: Merii and Chii shared a very intimate and deep bond while doing the healing, it's not only the mere transfer but all that time that those two kept connected to each other. Maybe in not a romantic way, but surely, an intense form of pure love.

I don't care how you translate it.
All I have to say is thanks for the translation!

Thanks as always for the translations. Man, it seems like Zyugoya put quite a bit of thought into the setting, because Prof. Shiba's description of their work is the sort of thing you'd expect to see in an IRL humanities, social science, or policy department--looking at the historical and sociological background of human-demon relations. Fascinating stuff, I hope there's more of it.

Hmm. I'd they were to mention Chi's bodily changes maybe being a result of the demon infection treatment, they would've mentioned it here. Maybe they don't know, maybe they do know and think it's assumed, maybe it's a secret. Idk.

It's a pretty solid theory with a good few supporting points. I'd just like a bit of confirmation before we can assume it's fact.

@Arc
One. As in "Bunny is an old friend."
...but you know what, I'll change it to "Old Friends" because yeetdab420blazeit.

@kaorihikari
There have been a fair amount between last chapter's comment section and this one.
