(saw that in a page from another manga i dont really know the law,in my country its 16 and a half but not if you have a relation ship like teach-student)

Now this entire thing seems to be turning into a father daughter bonding, each filling the role that's been lacking in their life.
Meanwhile MC's real daughter going to be a bitch and ruin even that lol.
PS: MC's daughter still a lil bitch. Anyone still taking her side needs to have a daughter like her irl, then you will know what the stress feels like.
And that stress goes along the line of: Daughter stays in her room for over a year with very little interaction with you after your wife dies, then all of a sudden wants you to conform to her standards. When that doesn't happen she runs away to go hang out with a random delinquent she barely knows.

@relic to say he isn't/hasn't falling/fallen for her is delusional. if you seriously think that it's not going to turn into him having romantic feelings for her, which can be argued that its already happened, I don't know what to tell you. The earlier chapters clearly show he has feelings for her and It's the premise of the manga. Not saying that cant change but it's unlikely.
