Ah hell yeah, one of my favorite, unique "otome-but-not-otome" light novels. And @Amplify I think is kind of right. I think updates have been coming out, albeit slowly.
@Amplify I mean, they're half correct... The author spiraled into depression and V-tuber binging and only brought the novel back after the huge level of support he got from the english readers, since this novel isn't popular in Japan. He promised to start writing again and had a whole passionate speech and everything, but now he's back to like... A chapter every 2-3 months? Or none at all. It's sporadic to say the least, and unpredictable.
@Pandawanka
He was depressed because writing this novel was a hobby to him, but once it got a LN version it became his "job" and that sucked the life out of it for him. Can personally empathise to those feelings.
@Amplify pretty sure he wasn't getting an LN either and he got sporadic way before the LN announcement... Actually, are you sure it even got an LN? No announcements on that front at all.
@Pandawanka
I'm like 90% sure, can't be 100% sure without going back over the stuff the TL said 2 years ago or whatever now and I'm too lazy for that. Best I can say is that's how I remember it.
Yeah cause I've searched BookWalker, Amazon, etc... No LN... @Amplify if it was popular enough to get an LN I doubt the author would be this depressed over it.
@a123proguy There's another similar one but where MC chooses Villainess instead of Heroine. I think you'll like it. Good amount of chapters on NovelUpdates. I can't remember name but look deep enough.
The only bad thing is that the many Japanese reincarnated into that world so It kinda defeats the purpose.
There's also this other one about MC was a fat guy married to Villainess. But trains himself hard.
There's also a Manga where MC transmigrates to a full-guy otome. No Yaoi, just pure comedy. It's pretty good.
Also that famous one recently about Mob MC in a world of women monarchy
