Honestly, I feel how old I've gotten when I read this type of story. When I was a teenager, I thought it was cute and kinda endearing how someone can be snappy and a bit rude but eventually open up to you and be nicer to you or you'd grow to recognize his true intentions despite the rude words.

Now I'm in my twenties and I couldn't be bothered. I find rude people just fucking rude and there's nothing endearing about them. They're just exhausting to be around and no amount of good looks can compensate for that.
This is coming from me, someone who struggles to be social so I don't expect people to be perfect either but I'd rather someone be awkward or silly than rude.
So this bastard was rude to her once they met again and expects to be treated nicely and for her to be happy ? Imbecile! I don't even blame her for saying she is screwed because it's hella awkward even if they ended their relationship on good terms which they didn't from the way things were shown here.
