The dad is either using a voice changer or is mimicking a girl’s voice. Either way, if you look at the dad’s character, it’s (somewhat) flat. If their voice is too high pitch and they’re flat then there’s good potential of them being a trap. If flat, then it’s a trap. (The boobies just look big because of the angles. The size can also be achieved with some simple blankets or whatever they use to get some more boing.)
