It's been a long time since i last read the novel but if iirc ;
-Al doesn't see Ilya in that way so don't hope for him too much.He did try to save our MC in several timelines but mostly Ilya still end up miserable.Nonetheless, he is still a good guy.
(Personal note : i'm actually surprised Al was drawn as this handsome young man, i thought he would be more ordinary = v = ;
-Crow will have the most important role in most parts of Ilya's life.
-As for the fiancé and the little sister, yeah they will keep doing their things no matter what Ilya do so don't pay much attention to them.
Even though i spoil this much, don't worry there are still so many shits that you wouldn't expect the twists.Author is definitely a sadist ( -᷄ _ -᷅ ; )

But from what I read in the novel, the last loop is the most close to an ending.
