god this is so fucking cringy. opening scene where generic mc walks in on girl half naked, then the guy asking the mc to be the girls fake bf like wow haha that feels so believable and non abrupt totally not like a "becuase plot" moment or anything. and then the mc doing something "noble" by not prying then the explaining why hmm ye bro your so nice you have to bring atention to how nice you are, then the girl who was literally just fucking blushing and is mcs childhood firend suddenly calls him a pervert and tries to maintain her distance like theyre strangers?? not to mention how fucking beta the mc is. i hope most romcom manga or shounen or whatever romance related manga protag doesnt describe themselves as" average this"
or "normal that", i mean yeah its good that they are aware but, one line or atleast once and all readers can probably understand that the mc is normal without having him repeat it from time to time like saying "unlike a completely normal average guy like me" etc etc.
