I agree with the sentiment that Reika is not to blame given that she's in the dark, but the situation that transpired is rather annoying because it could've been easily avoided. And that's the key: "could've." Perhaps the annoyance also stems from the fact that a series of coincidences resulted in this outcome as well.

I don't blame Reika, she's just a character in a story. I blame the author for basically just repeating the same scenario over and over with her when he knows it's gonna make the readers hate her. Like, can you come up with something new besides "oh Reika is naive and unknowingly gets into trouble" for the 11th time? It's just frustrating that her only purpose in the story to make the situation worse every time.
