An interesting way to punish a bully, but, the rules on not fighting against the bullies just shows that the Nerd acknowledges that if he tried to get stronger and fight back, then his problems would be solved. Now, instead of using this power he has to have a do over, he uses it to get revenge. Basically he is still not willing to fight back.
