Poor dude, but I completely understand her choice.
That being said, this a webtoon. She's going to get involved no matter how much she tries to avoid it
Well, I'm pretty she just meant that since they can't help anyway, it's best if he doesn't explain the details of the problem. That way he doesn't need to talk about it and be uncomfortable and they don't need to keep worrying needlessly too.
On another note, Yeoryeong sure is bothering me with this "no flirting". The hell, she can flirt with whomever she wants. Even if she were a jealous gf, you can't just prohibit people from talk, sigh.
In my opinion, it seemed like Yeoryeong was genuinely concerned for Ru-da after being chased by those men-in-black, but Dan-i didn't want them to get involved with his drama by knowing about his situation. Ru-da seemed like he wanted to talk to someone about his situation and Yeoryeong seemed to sense that. Tbh I'm curious about Ru-da's situation but I understand why Dan-i did what she did.
Yes!!! I like that for the first time she's being firm, setting boundaries in a direct way rather than indirectly attempting to avoid another character... that's growth, baby!!!!!
People are too wrapped up in the pretty boyness of Ru-Da to remember or care that Dan-I has her own problems and they are just as important. She doesn't need this mess on top of her existential crises.
Think about things without trying to feel sorry for Ru-Da.
I don’t mind setting a line in between people’s business but she has to remember he’s a person too. :u She keeps thinking of Ruda as a character trying to take her place as a friend.
I get what everyone is saying and I agree but I also feel so sorry for Ru-da. Because Dan-I says 'it has nothing to do with us', she is basically saying that she has no relationship to him whatsoever, and doesn't intend on having one - if that was your friend in a situation like that, it would have something to do with you, because as a friend you care about that person and what is happening to them. Dan-I basically shuts that down completely, and that's why it hurts Ru-da so much, especially because Dan-I is not so dense that she couldn't tell he would've liked to talk about it and ease the weight of his burden by having people to rely on even in an emotional capacity. Dan-I knew that and she cut him off and shut him down anyway. DAMN.
