In theory yes, reporting the website to the police would be the best way to resolve the situation, but this would mean that YeorYeong herself would file the complaint (or, since she is still a minor, her parents would do so), otherwise it would not be valid.

And from what I understand, they just want to keep Yeoryeong out of this situation as much as possible so she doesn’t get hurt.
