An unfortunate life? Certainly, if you consider he had Narae as a childhood friend and somehow was conditioned to like said person who probably chased away all other girls around him (or likely just beat him up when he showed interest) and whose only main selling points are her tits (but with her personality? pass) and her rampant, violent reactions... yeah this is a huge demerit, not a selling point.
