It's been referenced for a long time now, with no real specifics. We can infer from the material that I've translated (up to volume 5) that Sunghoon and Narae had a huge argument when they were kids. Narae says in volume 1 that she hates being called selfish or something like that, so Sunghoon probably accused her of that.
