To be fair, Narae is "only" a C cup.
The gamut of non-lolis goes Saehee then Narae then Jungmi-noona.
If nothing else, you could describe the oppai bird lolis (who are canonically oppai lolis, I might add) as the medium. But they're lolis, so if the FBI comes knocking at your door, don't blame me XD

I'm quoting the book. In volume 1, Saehee gropes Narae and says something like "You're still a C cup, but there's a possibility of you becoming a D cup in the future." The manga artist is being liberal with Narae's bust size. Also, don't forget that this is Korea. Where to be a C cup means you're either obese or a genetic anomaly
