My Sect's Senior Disciple Has a Hole in His Brain

@PrunJuice Are you kidding? That was the best part! So meta!

You mean when MC was revived by all the fans?? Wow, that was sooooo good!

@ShrekErotica I think you wrote a pretty good summary right there ? When I first started reading this I had no idea there was this level of drama, just questioning how there were so many chapters. Actually that should've gave it away...

@Yamibi I think this needs that tag too, but maybe the original didn't have one? I've seen plenty of ship teasing before so I can definitely say this has already gone beyond those.

@simplicity Pfft, K (also called K Project) has just as much shiptease but it's also not labeled BL.

MC has no real love interest. Pigsy is after Third Sister. Blondie's overly intimate behavior towards MC has already been explained as him being too innocent and initially, he was trying to touch MC to check his Qi. Third Sister also likes MC. Loli Master has no love interest. And so forth.

The artwork shows some BL tease but those are mostly non-cannon extras like the vampire AU stuff. The story itself has no real BL.

Even that one time when what's-his-name, that green-haired guy, was supposedly going to bed with another male, it turned out that that other person was a spy and he killed the spy so even then there's still no BL.

Sorry, I put it in spoilers now.

@reika You're right, as far as canon goes there isn't actual BL.
Given the nature of this story though, I think the only concrete evidence we really need to confirm that it isn't BL, is that the author said so herself. Let me rephrase my original sentence: This feels like a BL, so I think it should have that tag. I'm thinking in the context for this specific site as well, and not based on the original. But this is a matter of my opinion.

And to put things into perspective, there is alot of BL content (even if it's all AU) for a non-BL story. It's still okay to do that, but the way it's presented here is not very...tactful, considering that the intended audience may not read BL. For an audience that's used to reading BL, this is probably next to nothing, but for an audience that may never have read any, I think it's abit too much.

Btw, I'm not sure if what you said are considered as spoilers for others, but putting the tag might be safer.

I just started reading and.... well, the protagonist wanted to avoid flags by identifying the MC but then cling to him?? Even though he knew MC always triggered the most flags????

@GreenDragon According to him, whenever a cannon fodder character leaves the protagonist's side, a life and death plot always appears so its safe to be beside the protagonist.

No chapter were lost, some chapter combining into one, because per part is hassle to read. I can guarantee it(as a person re-read this 3 times because of Mindblown plot)

I stay for META and 4th breaking wall comedy, but engrossed with storyline and plot twist

according to morosetrans the series is licensed but there's no news about the licensor yet...

I've noticed that many commentators have said that this manhua should be labelled BL... I can see where ya'll are coming from, but since there isn't any 'action' in this area yet (at least not as far as I've read), the tamer model of 'shounen ai' would be much more accurate and I think that would fit in the demographic tags section even though it somewhat conflicts with the Seinen tag.

Fuck is this doing here. https://mangadex.org/title/18296/my-sect-s-senior-disciple-has-a-hole-in-his-brain

I remember when nobody knew this was yaoi/bl. What a pity when it was hilarious start

I always thought their uniforms looked rather strange..

It was pretty gay the way they showed their waist like in prisons. I guess people figured it out by then. The chapter was 43 I think
