I guess that my reasoning is that when i do sports, i sweat and i dislike that, but when i swim i'm already wet so it doesn't really matter? Also, where i live there is a lot of heat and humidity, so doing regular ground sports would be suicide for me, i get tired by just being in a field of grass and the air feels heavy.
Swimming (in a pool) is bliss, you feel like flying and it's super relaxing, i'm not able to run more than 3 laps through a soccer field but i could easily swim for hours.

Ah, i have something slightly similar, there is a giant dark area on my leg that i absolutely hate and dislike, it's such a different area in my body that even the hair that grows there is different to the rest, i haven't gone swimming for a long time because i don't like showing my body at all, not my chest, my back or arms and especially my legs, even if the water distorts it most of the time.
I can relate to you to some degree.

@Xystus well i don't really mind tbh, it just somehow sometimes people staring at it too much and it makes me uncomfortable :/
that's why i avoid swimming now

@Xystus It's a bit of equivocation. A sport some form of competition, whether it be against yourself or against an opponent. So unless you're swimming to be the fastest, or specifically are swimming against a specific person, it's not really a sport as a much as a process like walking or running. It only becomes a sport when you add competition

I don't really like the beaches that are near me, they are very dirty and i stopped liking the idea because on one ocasion, my ear got an infection, can you develop tinnitus from an ear infection? Because i think i have it, anyway, since then, i've only gone as deep as my waist, but i don't have a problem with swimming on the sea, i did it once while snorkeling, it was fun, but that was outside of my State.
Swimming alone is not a problem, but motivation is, lol.

@Purplelibraryguy the only thing that's out of place is the inhuman strength with that theory I guess. Though one could explain that it's her desire to protect her bro? We're not really that sure yet if he's tough and there may have been cases in the past where he got hurt due to Uiha's actions.
