I have complicated feelings about this.

@trainki It does get dark.

I loved this at first but the drama kinda ruined it.

Turns out they aren't really family and the Sister and MC both have psychological problems to deal with. The little sister is actually pretty lonely and has no friends in her class. The MC who was an orphan has problems trying to keep the family together and is still dealing with issues from when he was young... It obviously goes much deeper than this.

Don't read this if your looking for Brother-Sister moments. Read this if you're looking for a good sad drama.

This is nice, extremely wholesome, but there are also other points in the plot which make it interesting, for example mc being very lonely on the inside
