Last I saw of her, the sister have acknowledged her mistakes (after all the shit hitting the fan) and is trying to atone and help the princess who saved her from the fall out (the princess was one of those who felt she isn't the real miko)

@Kevadu : Go to the bible belt. and say you are gay. It is the exact same conformist idiocy in a smaller scale. The smaller and less educated your community (medieval farming village being close to the bottom on this scale) the more you are turned of by those who are different, and she was different partly due to her nature as the Miko and I think partly due to the spoilered part, which made her an outsider. As well, I am not certain if this was removed from the LN or manga, but in the Web Novel

the sister has a form of atavism, her appearance is closer to that of one of the mothers ancestors (the mother is from fallen noble house) while the MC looks more like them. So the sister has a more noble and beautiful appearance, which likely caused some favoritism from shortly after birth, but definitely helped re-enforce it

The sister has more chapters, and I do not remember as much (mother only has PoV chapter, father has 2) But, she fortunately was never malicious, or directly harmed anyone (there was side harm from people reacting to her moods and actions) and never really realized what was happening, she was spoiled but not do what I say or else spoiled, or that people were being replaced (I think it even said she forgot she had a sister) it seems like after it is revealed she is not the miko, she loses her support network, but gets taken in (under the protection?) of one princess and starts trying to correct her ways and mend some of the damage she caused.
