i think she mostly liked him for his looks... then he was also being rude to her so it may have kinda made her care about/like him less after... then boom Woojoon took over the body and considering she's closer to Woojoon, maybe she kinda doesnt mind it lol
But I do agree she couldve acted a bit more shocked in a way
