A couple of hours after a raw releases, a youtuber https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCDFzyhhB6E015VELi1SaMOw/videos uploads a translation on his channel. We believe it is a machine translation, but it is not confirmed.

The people at https://aloalivn.com/manga/my-wife-is-a-demon-queen/ use his translation and make their own typeset with it, which then spreads through all the aggregators.
