A much needed break for our characters to recover from the last mystery. How nice. Oto's tsundere act is always so cute to me.
Wonder who this "Oji-san" that can treat his wounds is? Its clearly not an actual doctor since they lack insurance. Another mystery the Adashino twins have that is yet to be uncovered. Piecing together their mysteries as this goes on will be one of my favorite parts of this manga I can already tell
