Seems to me that, instead of love, he just wants to possess her. He has already shown his possessiveness when he told the other dude not to touch her even though he has no right to object to whom she associates with since he's not, and doesn't intend to ever be, her boyfriend.

I would like to grumble about Lemonade scans using that picture they always have on the last page. It's such a damn tease, because I happen to like that manga and it clearly isn't seeing any love in terms of scanlation. If you don't like the manga enough to keep doing it, then how come you like it enough to have it as one of your ad pages?
