i am calling it now, kyoko is the killer and she is setting up todo as the villian because he drew paintings with the theme of death
junya went and spoke to todo but didn't find the paintings and kyoko killed him after he left todo's house since she needed todo to be the last person to see him alive for the frame job
also she has been trying to kill Rei but couldn't while Spider-bae was protecting him in the house and had her threads around him, she was keeping him in the house to keep him safe
so kyoko is probably some other type of monster too
