I seriously doubt that the spider girlfriend is the killer with how she reacted to him almost killing her, but I doubt the author would introduce another villain at this stage, so im putting my bet on spider girlfriend just really really liking him.

Its interesting hes making a reference to a black cloth goddess. Makes me think the spider is still somewhat connected in all this in a certain way. Interesting. Theres more secrets here.

As expected. This spider seems to be the lynchpin. A hypnotizer perhaps. It wants organs. But why does it want to become human? Even its "attraction" to the MC I feel to be nothing more than a spider relishing in its meal.
