Well that's a nop so far to me because i already see how it goess. MC will try something to be a delinquent every chapter and Prez will just embarras her everytime and always have the upper hand. That's the kind of gag manga that goes funny to cringe quickly and it don't even last one chapter to me before i find it annoying. Unless it goes better after, i don't think i will follow that.
