So while yes there are several short doujinshi volumes, there's only 1 full length volume. That volume is mostly just the combined content of all the doujinshi, though there is also a new chapter. When I said the story would continue, I was referring to fanbox comments the author made around when the full volume was released. The author said they wanted the story to continue in some form, but was unsure if it would be a 2nd full volume or a 5th doujinshi.

I hope this volume sells well so the author will continue the series, it's so good! The main couple actually has chemistry and you can see how they get along and why they like each other. So many series focus so much on the getting-together part that you really wonder what the couple actually have in common/talk about. I also like how it includes so many different identities but doesn't make a big deal out of it.
