I personally don't like them. If you do, that's good for you. But if there is a sizeable amount of people who don't like them (or just don't know them), they should be kept out just so it's understandable to a broader audience.

Plus they'll just age poorly. Imagine how a manga translated 10 years ago would look today if it was full of "lol trolled bro, trollface u mad?".

If you wanna do it, please provide a non-memed version as well.

I don't have a problem with those memes, in fact, I find it a bit funny; but at the same time, it left me questioning "what did the characters actually say?". I came into a manga site, expecting to read manga, not memes, or at least; not memes that replaced the original dialouge. Cause if you do that, can't I just go into reddit, youtube, or some other social media and run around for memes instead?

I see you guys are understanding people, you apologized instead of lashing out, so I hope you guys aren't discouraged by this situation. If you want to use memes, please let us read the original story first, then put it at the end of the chapter or something, that way readers got their fill and you got your memes desire.
