@rafas - after its first defeat to the ex-saint, the slime has trained for god knows how long, preparing for this battle.

@aerozext - maybe they're made of tough stuff that can't be melted. Spun from pure hatred of god or something.

It seems everyone had the same idea I did a few chapters ago. That's good.

Also, God doesn't seem to be a bad person so I assume that evil Saintess here failed her mission and got both of her teammates killed, so she blames God for sending them to their deaths even though it was not his intention.

so evil saintess asks god to revive her friends but he refuses (something like they will only be undead and despised? ) so she attacks god ... probably something like this

Hey, I just realize the cover book color was really good. Almost fit for animation.

Anyway, I think the slime was evolved due to dark priest power/aura then gaining some resistance to it.

If not, I can't find a good explanation why the slime can hold her and maybe she can get out on her own way.
