Need help finding a manga similar to Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami

Anyone know where there is a manga similar to this https://mangadex.org/title/17720/koushaku-reijou-no-tashinami/chapters/ I'm not specifically looking for isekai or reincarnation mangas but it is still part of what I'm looking for. What I'm really looking for is a manga thats focused on development of technology, medicine, food, science, culture, etc of a country or territory. I'm ok with magic, supernatrual, fantasty creatures in it. Even some fighting actions is ok.

For isekai, Isekai Kenkokuki https://mangadex.org/title/22303/isekai-kenkokuki might be what you're looking for, basically a guy reincarnates and has to help a bunch of kids start a village. Before long we get more into the politics of the world.

For non-isekai, I've heard Dr. Stone https://mangadex.org/title/20882/dr-stone is really good. Basically humanity gets turned to stone for 3000 years and now people have to rebuild civilization. So there's a lot of technological, societal, and cultural development.

Thank you for replying. I've been reading Isekai Kenkokuki for a while already and it's a really good manga pacing is good and the inventions he is introducing is not too op based on the current teechnology of the world.

Just read the first chapter of Dr. Stone. It seems to be a really interesting manga, especially since everyone have the knowledge and not just one person, tho of course some are smarter while others aren't. Thank you for suggesting this manga.

This is for the other people reading this topic and are interested in this kind of genere. This manga https://mangadex.org/title/37262/daites-ryou-koubouki was also recommended when I ask the same question in the comment sections. Tho this manga is more over the top and most of the technology thats introduced have been invented off page.
