@comeonnow this doesn't come off as the manga American transfer stereotype at all to me. Not slutty, not an airhead, not super A-type personality, and that face shown after she takes a bite of the sundae is usually a reaction reserved for female Japanese characters. If anything, I feel like they just rebranded a Japanese transfer student type as American.
