@ichi24 Only in the US. I don't think Japanese police shoot, like, anyone at all. Not even dangerous criminals. Maybe because they have stones and aren't deathly afraid of everything down to and including chihuahuas. Maybe because they have gun control and don't have a justified expectation that everyone will have a gun, down to and including chihuahuas. Or some combination.
