not a prince charming
not a gentlemen
but a weird guy
or just overly friendly guy
at least in grade-school but in high school or something
it's possible

so if he fell in love with every girl that rejected him in grade school/half of middle school
it'll be at least 100 in all

Seriously? Not one girl thought he was weird or something? What about tsunderes, he didn't come across any? I imagine they fall under his criteria. I don't really like this trope of "you're the only girl that dislikes me, hence I want you", but it's not a deal breaker.
