So Raika’s misunderstanding her not wanting him dead because she likes the dude - but really she doesn’t want Raika to kill him because she likes Raika?
At least It’s less hamfisted a misunderstanding as 99% of the “she likes that rando but no wait it’s actually you all along” plots I’ve seen in my years of reading shoujo. I like that it’s made clear to the reader by chapter 2 as well.
